The HLA Lacrosse Foundation was established in 1993 to promote and improve women’s youth lacrosse across the Nation.

Our current commitments are to be a major sponsor for the annual US Lacrosse Women’s Division National Tournament which hosts over 75 elite teams and to select and honor the most outstanding schoolgirl lacrosse player at the Tournament. The HLA National Schoolgirl Award is presented every year and is placed in the Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

The Foundation partnered in 2001 with US Lacrosse and the Women’s Division National Tournament and committed its support for as long as the tournament exists.

The Foundation is always looking and open to suggestions on how to help and extend the women’s youth lacrosse experience.
